jasondanley this … jasondanley this song is better than the that is being pushed down the throats today.
The 80′s and 90′s was when the music was real music in all genre’s of music. All the artist today sound like one another and 80% of them can’t even sing live.
I love Styx and … I love Styx and This song is my Favorite. In the beggining it makes me wanna cry then I am rocking out. My mom got me hooked to this song!!!!
Absolutely awful. … Absolutely awful. Laughable, really. Unbelievably pretentious.
Thank god for Iggy, The Ramones, The Sex Pistols, etc.
“Do you remember rock and roll radio?”
Unfortunately in the 1970′s it was hard to come by because, well, the industry kept shoving this crap down our throats.
Dennis at his best … Dennis at his best here. He went nuts later on and tried to transform the group into some weird broadway production that had fans running for the doors. Had he stuck to this style of writing music, who knows how much more successful the group may have been.

there’s a garden … there’s a garden that was once a land of grace, but is now a land of waste. we all have to set sail to a higher ground. we must weather the storm no matter how much it pours & make no mistake, we will get splashed on. but the more it splashes, the more we realize we gotta learn to riide the wave. our sight is set on destination; tho we go widda flow, we do not simply stay adrift. when we find the shore, there will be a temple, a fountain, and trees. i just reached the docks. come sail away!
@golsonkp It was … @golsonkp It was like this from the very beginning. I saw it on Don Kirschner’s Rock Show back in the late ’70s, and the sound was off then, too. It was a disappointment for such a great band.
