This boat has undergone all but a complete refit since 1999. She is a rare raised salon center cockpit ketch with hardtop, hard windshield and soft sides. A fore and aft cabin layout with walk in engine room. The boat has 80+ head room throughout. It’s a motor sailer that is all cockpit operated. This boat is a very heavy and comfortable live aboard, and an exceptional world cruiser. Set up, tested and ready to spend long extended periods at sea.

Skookum’s were originally designed for the swordfish fleet of commercial fishing crafts that had to sail so far off the Pacific Northwest Coast… that they had to be sailboats vs. power!
