I agree maybe a novice sailor will gain something, but for a newbe is’s not clear enough.

That was the worst …
That was the worst job of teaching that I have ever heard, I don’t think that this overweight donkey has ever been on a sailboat in his life until he made this video.
To start with the boat is too big for a beginner to learn anything, as it is a very complex boat, and it is not called “sailing down wind” it is called “sailing free” and he should have put the jib out on the other side in what is called “butterflying.”
This is like a cook teaching cooking who can’t cook.
